Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 2+ years of college.
• Pursuing a bachelor or master’s in IT/IS/Engineering/CS preferred.
• Previous internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical details; prepare software documentation (backup/recovery, cybersecurity).
• Analyze current processes and identify improvement areas; construct recommendations and strategic plans.
• Partner with business users to understand software usage; collaborate with other analysts and managers on applications.
