Job summary

BioMérieux in Missouri is offering a 6-month hybrid internship with 20 hours per week and flexible scheduling to fit your class timetable. The Business Analyst Intern will support the Third-Party Software team across our region, helping with SaaS applications and documenting support plans.

You will balance system maintenance with technical writing and independent research, emphasizing clear communication and timely delivery within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Awareness of Software Support best practices.
• Manage relationship between business and technical users.
• Ability to manage requests from different stakeholder groups and determine what work is needed.
• Ability to convey software support details to users and to provide written documentation.
• Understand user needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform work in compliance with BioMérieux policies and Quality System.
• Gather and document business and technical details; prepare software documentation.
• Analyze current business processes and identify improvements; propose plans based on data insights.
• Partner with business users to understand use of various software applications.
• Identify, document and update system incidents; work with vendors and users to resolve issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to SLAs; facilitate cross-functional communication.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting; support data validation and integrity in business applications.
• Support continuous learning; stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support team objectives.
• Write and maintain system documentation; understand SDLC basics and ServiceNow usage.
