Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand day-to-day needs and translate goals into requirements.
• Review workflows, gather input, and propose practical solutions that support objectives.
• Lead project planning, define scope, priorities, and track progress to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with technical teams to test, validate, and implement system or process changes.
• Communicate updates and risks clearly while removing roadblocks and aligning with user needs.
