Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation using UML/BPMN.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews and workshops.
• Translate requirements into functional/non-functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and designers to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate requirement validation sessions and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain BRDs, use cases, and training materials.
• Support UAT planning and execution, and assist testing teams as needed.
• Analyze current processes and propose improvements to drive value.
