Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years in business analysis or related areas.
• Master's degree preferred and related certifications are a plus.
• CBAP/CCBA/PMI-PBA preferred or equivalent is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage operational activities across programs and service lines.
• Schedule, facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
• Pull, clean, analyze, and validate data from multiple systems.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor performance.
