Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating.
• 3+ years of experience performing property inspections.
• 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines to ensure progress.
• Provide recommendations for immediate repairs and future replacements.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Education

A Bachelors or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field
