Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate building envelope issues including roofing, waterproofing, facade, glazing, and exterior wall systems.
• Prepare condition assessment reports and identify repair needs and rehabilitation priorities.
• Develop practical restoration and repair solutions for enclosure systems; review construction documents.
• Coordinate repair drawings, specs, bid documents, and other construction documentation.
• Lead client communications, present findings, and provide technical guidance during construction.
