Job summary

Dynamic Controls is seeking a Building Automation Controls Engineer who can design, program, and commission BAS systems and also perform on-site field work at customer sites. The role may be remote for the right candidate.

You will interface with BACnet, LON, and Modbus networks on chillers, boilers, VFDs, RTUs, VRF systems, and other equipment, following company standards. This role requires strong communication, documentation, and safety practices across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• BS Building Automation Systems, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering or related BS/AS in BAS or electronics.
• 5+ years programming BAS and integrating with third party equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and in-house staff; provide onsite and offsite support.
• Program and commission local DDC and network controllers per specs and documents.
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and blueprints.
