Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accounting policies for broker-dealer operations.
• Maintain system and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting to senior management and board.
• Prepare daily journal entries and support annual audits.
• Analyze monthly balance sheet and income statement variances.
• Support FINRA/SEC regulatory reporting and reconciliations.
