Patio Enclosures by Great Day Improvements in Houston, TX is seeking a Branch Sales Manager for a full-time, hybrid role combining on-site client visits with remote work. You will lead the local sales team, set targets, and drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You'll recruit, train, and coach sales professionals, monitor pipelines and KPIs, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and installation teams to align expectations and improve processes for sustained

• Proven experience in sales leadership, managing a branch or regional team.
• Strong skills in coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Experience in residential home improvement or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to analyze sales data, track KPIs, and use CRM to forecast results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including managing on-site meetings, in-home appointments, and remote team interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for customer visits, team meetings, and branch-related activities.
