TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Branch Customer Service Coordinator I. The role supports the branch sales force by handling customer inquiries, coordinating special requests, and ensuring smooth order-to-sh shipping processes.

Reporting to the branch team, you will verify orders, provide order status updates, and assist with quotes and documentation. This hybrid position requires good communication, computer skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months’ experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in electronics components industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient computer use and familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Answer inquiries by phone and email using the sales database.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Sales Representatives and customers.
• Assist with quotes by stock checks and delivery data.
• Process order confirmations and maintain data accuracy.
• Support Sales Representatives with samples and literature for customers.
• Provide back-up coverage for switchboard during breaks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
