Job summary

BioTalent partners with a top 10 global biopharmaceutical organization to identify a senior Clinical Operations leader who will serve as a strategic program-level lead for global development programs. This hybrid onsite role is Boston-based with 3 days in the office each week.

Lead operational strategy across programs, partner with Global Program Teams and senior stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery from early development through launch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical operations or drug development roles.

We are partnering with a top 10 global biopharmaceutical organization seeking a senior Clinical Operations leader to serve as a strategic program-level lead supporting the execution of global clinical development programs.

This role will provide operational leadership across complex clinical programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop strategy, drive execution, and ensure successful delivery from early development through launch. This is a hybrid onsite position in the Boston area and requires 3 days in the office per week.

Ideal background

• 10+ years of experience in clinical operations / drug development within pharma or biotech


• Proven leadership of complex global clinical programs across multiple indications and trial phases


• Strong experience managing large, cross-functional teams in a global environment


• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic operational decisions


• Deep understanding of clinical development processes and industry standards


• Some Oncology clinical trial experience needed
