Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD in life science; board certification preferred.
• 5+ years in clinical development within pharma.
• Experience leading programs in a matrix environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and risk mitigation skills.
• Proficient in project management terminology for development programs.
• Excellent analytical and scientific writing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Development Team and act as the scientific expert.
• Develop and maintain the Clinical Development Plan aligned with PSD/TPP.
• Integrate internal and external expert contributions to strategy and design.
• Ensure alignment with CSL Behring processes and GCP/ICH regs.
• Drive decision making, escalation, and contingency planning.
• Represent clinical development in cross-functional teams and regulatory packages.
