Posh is seeking a People Operations Manager in Boston for a contract-to-hire role that owns onboarding and offboarding, HRIS and data integrity, benefits administration, compliance, and the backbone behind performance cycles and culture programming.

This hands-on position is hybrid in Boston, with a 4-month contract term and conversion to full-time based on performance. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 annually, prorated for the contract period.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in People Operations or HR Generalist roles.
• Hands-on with an HRIS platform and data accuracy.
• Working knowledge of US employment compliance fundamentals (I-9s, leave laws, multi-state).
• Excellent judgment and discretion handling sensitive employee information.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding and offboarding logistics end-to-end.
• Manage HRIS data hygiene and reporting (org charts, comp records, changes).
• Administer benefits enrollment and respond to employee questions with TriNet.
• Coordinate performance cycles and 360 feedback in Leapsome; support culture programming.
• Be a trusted first point of contact for policy, benefits, and process questions.
