Job summary

Posh is seeking a hands-on People Operations Manager in Boston to own end-to-end people operations, from onboarding and offboarding to HRIS data integrity, benefits administration, compliance, and supporting performance cycles and culture programming.

This contract-to-hire role focuses on day-to-day execution, acting as the go-to for employee questions, catching compliance gaps, maintaining accurate org data in TriNet and Leapsome, and partnering with leadership to scale processes as headcount

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in People Operations or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform and data accuracy.
• Working knowledge of US employment compliance fundamentals (I-9s, leaves, multi-state).

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end processes.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, org charts, and reporting lines.
• Administer benefits and stay compliant with employment laws.
• Execute performance cycles and culture programming logistics.
• Be the primary contact for employee questions and lifecycle friction points.
