Job summary

The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) seeks a BoS CoC Data Analyst to coordinate CoC data collection and manage HUD reporting. You will support the Program Manager and HMIS team to ensure data quality and timely submissions for PIT, HIC, LSAs, and performance measures.

Qualified candidates bring a bachelor’s degree and data analysis experience, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience with homeless services programs
• Must competently use the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in data entry, cleaning, reporting, analysis
• Experience in project management and planning

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection and management of CoC data for HUD-mandated reporting
• Assist the Program Manager and team in using data to inform CoC activities and system performance
• Lead on the Point-in-Time Count, Housing Inventory Count, Longitudinal System Analysis, and System Performance Measures to ensure timely, quality submissions
