The Coordinated Entry (CE) System Coordinator works with Continuum of Care and other program staff in the Office of Housing Stability & Innovation (OHSI) to oversee all aspects of the Coordinated Entry System for the Southeast region of the Balance of State (BoS) CoC. This work is done alongside three CE System Coordinators and reports to the Coordinated Entry Team Lead. The CE Coordinator will ensure that all HUD required elements of coordinated entry are met, and that preferred elements are met as possible. The CE Coordinator will manage the day‑to‑day operations of the coordinated entry system, including, but not limited to the following activities.
This position exempt, knowing it may include hours which exceed eight hours in a day or forty hours in a week. Occasional travel required including air and car travel.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of related experience OR completion of an apprenticeship/internship that sufficiently supplied experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position OR any other combination of education and professional experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the job.
