Ideal candidates have an associate degree or higher in accounting or a related field, at least five years of bookkeeping experience, and strong QuickBooks Online knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and payroll tax filings.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining general ledgers for clients.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with tax planning and compliance activities, identifying potential tax savings opportunities and ensuring adherence to tax filing deadlines.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client files and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Provide exceptional client service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
