Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax laws/regulations.
• Strong QuickBooks Online knowledge.
• Experience with EFTPS and Ohio portals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions and reconcile client accounts.
• Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with tax planning and compliance, identifying potential tax savings opportunities.
• Maintain organized client files with confidentiality and security of information.
• Provide exceptional client service and respond to inquiries promptly.
