Qualifications

• 2+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Sage or similar software.
• Experience with multi-location accounting is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Background in nonprofit finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process various financial transactions using Salvation Army software.
• Post journal entries, analyze financial information, and prepare reports.
• Code and post accounts payable invoices and issue checks.
• Prepare AR invoices for vouchers billing and reconciliation.
• Identify and post incoming wire transfers.
