Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Noblesville, IN is seeking a BCBA who shares our mission to put learners first. You’ll design individualized programs prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy, using a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach and trauma-informed care.

We offer realistic caseloads, no nights or weekends, quarterly bonuses, flexible schedules including work-from-home days, co-treat sessions with our dually certified SLP-BCBAs, ACE Provider with free internal CEU

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential is required.
• Indiana LBA preferred or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with SLP-BCBAs on co-treat sessions.
• Provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Contribute to trauma-informed, ethical care and neuro-affirming approaches.
