Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programs that prioritize communication, independence, and self-advocacy. You will apply neuro-affirming, assent-based, and trauma-informed care while working with a team of thoughtful professionals.

You will have realistic caseloads, a flexible schedule with work-from-home days, and access to CEU resources through ACE and CASP. Join us to advance ethical, patient-centered autism care.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Indiana LBA licensure preferred or eligible.
• Eligible to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Responsabilidades

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence and self-advocacy.

• Collaborate with dually certified SLP-BCBAs and participate in behavioral treatment sessions.
• Support learners with realistic caseloads and consistent schedules.

Requirements
