Lighthouse Autism Center in Waterloo, IA is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programs that prioritize communication, independence, and self-advocacy for learners. The clinician will work within a neuro-affirming, assent-based model with trauma-informed, ethical care and collaborate across teams.

We offer realistic caseloads, no nights/weekends, quarterly bonuses, flexible schedules including work-from-home days, and extensive CEU resources.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA credential required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Eligible to supervise Registered Behavior Technician(s).
• Minimum 1 year experience as BCBA.

Responsabilidades

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with SLP-BCBAs on co-treat sessions.
• Provide supervision and mentor junior staff within ACE-provider framework.

Requirements

• Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensure
