Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Indiana is seeking a BCBA who shares our mission of putting learners first. You will design individualized ABA programming focused on communication, independence and self-advocacy within a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach.

We offer realistic caseloads, no nights or weekends, a quarterly bonus program, work-from-home days, and strong RBT training with access to ACE/CASP resources.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Indiana LBA preferred or ability to obtain state licensure.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Responsibilities

• Design individualized ABA programming prioritizing communication, independence and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with dually certified SLP-BCBAs on co-treat sessions.
• Provide supervision of RBTs as applicable.
• Contribute to a neuro-affirming, assent-based treatment plan.
