Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programs prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. You’ll work in a neuro-affirming, assent-based setting emphasizing ethical care and trauma-informed practices, with a strong focus on collaboration and supervisor-ready responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with behavior analytic content.
• Active BCBA credential required.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with SLP-BCBAs for co-treat sessions.
• Maintain realistic caseloads and consistent schedules.
• Engage in trauma-informed, ethical care and neuro-affirming approaches.
