Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Indiana is hiring a BCBA to design individualized programming focused on communication, independence, and self-advocacy while upholding a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach.

We offer realistic caseloads, no nights or weekends, quarterly bonuses, flexible schedules including work-from-home days, and collaboration with SLP-BCBAs. ACE provider with CEU library; CASP access; strong RBT training; naturalistic teaching centers.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Indiana LBA preferred or ability to obtain licensure.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technician.
