Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design individualized behavioral programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. We emphasize neuroaffirming, assent-based and trauma-informed care, with pathways for clinical growth and ongoing training.

Enjoy realistic caseloads, consistent schedules with no nights or weekends, a quarterly bonus program, flexible schedules including work-from-home days, and strong RBT training.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.
• 2–3 years of ABA experience with diverse ages.
• Must communicate clearly with families and team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design individualized positive behavioral support and skill acquisition plans.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; monitor progress of plans.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.

Your Key Tasks

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
• 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages.
• Able to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role.
