Placements24 is seeking a Blockchain Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for blockchain products and dApps. The role blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, requiring deep knowledge of blockchain tech, DeFi, and market-driven feature development.

You'll translate market needs into innovative features, drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or Master's is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years in product management, with at least 3 years in blockchain/ dApps.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain tech, smart contracts, and DeFi.
• Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, and requirements.
• Familiarity with agile development and PM tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
