The ideal candidate has deep blockchain expertise, experience with multiple platforms, and strong leadership for cross-functional collaboration. This role bridges business needs with technology strategy in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in CS, Eng, or a related field.
• Extensive software architecture experience with a focus on blockchain.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain protocols (Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Corda).
• Proven ability to design and architect complex distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and blockchain integration.
• Excellent communication and leadership to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade blockchain solutions for various business use cases.
• Define technical roadmaps, standards, and best practices for blockchain development and deployment.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, consensus mechanisms, and technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with blockchain implementations, ensuring security and scalability.
