Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of blockchain tech, smart contracts, and DeFi.
• Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, and requirements.
• Familiarity with agile development and PM tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.

About the Role

Our client, a prominent player in the decentralized application (dApp) space, is seeking an experienced Blockchain Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution. This hybrid role operates out of East London , offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our client's blockchain products, translating market needs into innovative features. This position requires a strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and a proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles. Drive the future of decentralized solutions from the beautiful coastline of the Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain-based products and dApps. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and unmet needs. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications. Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery. Define and track key product metrics, analyzing performance and iterating on features. Engage with the blockchain community and stakeholders to gather feedback and build product awareness. Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and regulatory developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. Manage product launches, including go-to-market strategies and cross-functional alignment. Act as a subject matter expert on blockchain products within the organization.

Requirements
