Placements24 is seeking a proactive Blockchain Project Manager to oversee crypto and blockchain initiatives from conception to delivery. The role blends technical blockchain understanding with strong project leadership to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality results.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and guide projects through agile practices, risk management, and effective communication while aligning with business objectives. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing technology or software projects.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and dApps.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of blockchain projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers and product managers.
• Communicate progress, risks and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
