Job summary

Qualifications

• GCP certification upon hire or within 3 months
• IATA Shipment of Biologic Specimens training upon hire or within 3 months

Responsibilities

• Pre-screens for eligible subjects for assigned studies based on written eligibility criteria.
• Obtains and documents written informed consent from potential study subjects.
• Manages subject registration into required systems (CTMS, Velos, EHR, EDC) and maintains logs.
• Collects, processes and preserves biologic specimens per SOPs and quality metrics.
• Reviews study lab manuals and processes lab specimens as required by protocol.
• Performs accurate data abstraction and transcription with timely sponsor query responses.
• Organizes, stores and ships specimens and associated metadata as requested.
