Qualifications

• Master's degree with 5 years' technical experience or 10 years in biologic sciences.
• Experience in customer service-oriented laboratory/facility.
• Knowledge of biologic research, analysis, and testing.
• Technical expertise in blood fractionation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day TC-TCC operations and staff.
• Lead biospecimen processing, annotation, and storage workflows.
• Develop and implement SOPs and quality management plans.
• Oversee budgeting, expanding labs, and collaboration with external partners.
