• Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years experience
• PhD with 2 years industry exp in clinical diagnostics OR Masters with 5 years exp
• Expertise in DNA/RNA sequencing and scRNAseq analysis

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain internal algorithms and tools for diagnostic data.
• Collaborate with wet lab scientists and stakeholders to optimize pipelines.
• Develop tools and workflows to improve data quality, reproducibility, and scalability.
• Communicate project outcomes across teams.
