Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting, billing, or financial operations experience.
• Experience drafting client billings and processing payments.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate client invoices and billing packages.
• Enter and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks; support AP and broader accounting tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting, billing, and administrative workflows.
• Support analytics and reporting for firm initiatives and cost-center projects.
