KIPP New Jersey is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) School Operations Manager in Newark. The role focuses on student information systems, enrollment, attendance, and school-wide operations while ensuring high-quality family communication and service.

Responsabilidades

• Manage student information systems, student and family records and compliance.
• Coordinate enrollment, registration, attendance, and recruitment.
• Communicate with families and visitors with excellent customer service.
• Create and execute school-wide operations projects and plans.
• Collaborate with operations staff and vendors to support enrollment and family practices.
• Maintain student data in SIS and generate reports.
• Lead attendance-related activities and address family concerns.
• Support school operations with technology, nutrition, testing, events, and field trips.
