Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions is seeking a non-remote Bilingual Japanese/English Business Development Manager for the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on project management, requirement analyses with engineering teams, and SAP ERP solutions to meet client needs.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, 5 years SAP ERP implementation experience (FI, SD, MM, BW, ABAP preferred), plus strong English communication and intermediate Japanese skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of user support and 5 years SAP ERP implementation experience (FI, SD, MM, BW, ABAP strongly desired).
• Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal) needed.
• Intermediate Japanese language skills are also required to communicate with Japanese clientele.

Responsibilities

• Project management during the development stage.
• Perform requirement analyses, working with engineering teams (both internal and external) to define system solutions to propose to clients.
• Analyze current business and IT processes, identify issues and/or requirements for improvements.
• Solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, and modifying SAP ERP systems to meet user needs.
