Job summary

TPIS is seeking bilingual Patient Services Representatives for a healthcare-focused call center. You will assist patients via inbound and outbound calls, coordinate appointments, and manage patient demographics and insurance information.

The role requires English/Spanish proficiency and comfort with multiple computer systems. On-site training is provided, followed by a hybrid work model. A fast-paced environment with potential overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional verbal and written proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience using Word and Excel or Google Docs and Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to identify patient needs and provide assistance.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel patient appointments.
• Update patient information in scheduling systems and EHRs.
• Verify insurance eligibility and identify payer sources.
• Document all interactions and resolutions accurately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA requirements.
• Meet performance, quality, accuracy, productivity, and attendance standards.
