You’ll work in a hybrid schedule based in Charlotte's South End office, collaborating with the firm to create authentic outreach, coordinate partnerships, and support brand awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Existing connections within the Charlotte area preferred.
• Marketing/PR or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media content creation and community engagement in both English and Spanish.
• Represent the firm at community events, networking opportunities, sponsorships, and local activations.
• Build and maintain relationships within Charlotte’s Hispanic and local communities.
• Help coordinate partnerships, events, and outreach opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Capture photo and video content for social media and digital marketing.
