The role involves bilingual content creation, social media management, coordinating promotions, and ensuring brand consistency across locations, including in-store signage, POS materials, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing, communications, or retail experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar tools.
• Ability to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Create and support bilingual marketing content across channels.
• Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
• Coordinate store promotions, events, and cultural campaigns.
• Manage billboard scheduling and advertising coordination.
• Oversee in-store screens and ensure brand consistency.
• Review materials for brand alignment and quality.
• Coordinate donations and community engagement (approval process).
• Manage POS materials and conduct store visits.
• Support store tours and community group visits.
• Assist with invoices, vendor coordination, and payments.
