Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Able to manage multiple projects and stay organized.
• Willingness to attend community events and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Create social media content and engage with the Charlotte community in English and Spanish.
• Represent the firm at events, networking opportunities, sponsorships, and activations.
• Build relationships within Charlotte's Hispanic and local communities.
• Coordinate partnerships, events, and outreach opportunities.
• Support campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness efforts.
• Capture photo and video content for social media and digital marketing.
• Assist with additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
