Responsibilities

• Answer EDI/Helpdesk calls and manage password/pin resets.
• Escalate and triage tickets to appropriate departments.
• Provide technical assistance to users with transmission difficulties.
• Assist with 5010 X12 HIPAA batches and real-time transactions.
• Enroll users for transaction submissions and beta test system changes.
