Job summary

Quadax in Middleburg Heights, OH is seeking a Tier 3 Technical Support specialist for the proprietary Healthcare EDI system. You will script medical billing converts and edits using a proprietary language to ensure claims meet payer requirements and client needs, within the ANSI 837 structure.

This role reports to the Manager of the EDI Technical team and blends remote/office work in a hybrid environment. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle fast-paced priorities

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail – collaborating with clients and internal departments.
• Ability to set priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of EDI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Script medical billing converts and edits via a proprietary scripting language.
• Understand ANSI 837 primary, secondary and COB claim structures.
• Collaborate with EDI Dev Team to resolve issues and client requests.
• Establish custom edits/converts using proprietary software.
• Work across multiple business units and teams.
• Identify product shortcomings and enhancements.
