Job summary

Majestic Steel USA in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a BI Analyst to join a team supporting Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance with the design, development, and management of analytical solutions. You will build end-to-end BI solutions from raw data to deployment using Microsoft Fabric and Copilot, ensure governance and security, and empower teams through training and intuitive data experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3+ years of analytical experience building datasets, reports, dashboards, and transforming data into insights.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME on Majestic's datasets, reporting tools, and analytics solutions.
Develop end-to-end BI solutions from raw data to deployment.
Identify accurate methods of reporting, analyzing, and communicating information and insights.
Build and maintain data agents to enable conversational experiences.
Empower teams through training, collaboration, and intuitive data experiences.
Ensure governance, security, and compliance for models and agents.
Stay ahead of emerging BI technologies to improve analytics capabilities.
Contribute to special projects advancing Majestic's data strategy.
