Job summary

Lithia & Driveway in Medford, OR is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to administer employee benefit programs and ensure accurate processing across medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. The role supports Workday and benefits operations in a hybrid environment after training.

You will liaise with carriers, handle COBRA and eligibility changes, educate employees, and maintain compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering employee benefits programs; Workday experience preferred.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to handle sensitive information accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills; navigate complex benefit scenarios with confidence.
• Excellent communication skills to educate employees and support benefits questions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), ESPP, FSA, commuter benefits, wellness).
• Process and reconcile benefit invoices; ensure timely payments to carriers and vendors.
• Audit benefits data between carriers and Workday for accuracy and changes.
• Support system integrations, reporting, and benefits configuration in Workday.
