Reliable Respiratory is seeking a Benefits Specialist to update insurance and demographic information in the EHR and obtain benefits verification to support claim payments. The role requires strong attention to detail and interaction with patients, payors, providers, and team members in a collaborative environment.

Candidates must reside within commuting distance of one of our office locations, as this is a hybrid position with two days in the office and three days remote.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Associate’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience in authorization, claims, or billing.
• Ability to maintain a hybrid work schedule – 2 days in office, 3 days remote.

Responsabilités

• Update patient demographics and insurance in the electronic health record system.
• Verify insurance eligibility by contacting payors and checking benefits.
• Maintain in-network and out-of-network verifications for billable codes.
• Provide excellent service to patients, payors, providers, and team members.
• Assist with editing process documents and participating in meetings.
