Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 2 years of dental/medical/life or disability experience or 6 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare/ dental/ life or disability insurance terminology.
• Experience with business requirements development for new systems and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Ensure groups, benefits and eligibility data load accurately to applicable systems.
• Ensure group/member information is available by contract effective date to support claims/customer service.
• Draft account-specific documents for new and renewing major or national accounts using the masters as base.
