Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Benefits Specialist in Richardson, TX to load benefits and eligibility data into core systems and ensure information is accurate by contract dates. You will draft account-specific documents for major and national accounts, leveraging the Masters as a base.

The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote, focusing on quality delivery and cross-functional collaboration within the benefits domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 2 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience, or 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with DN corporate systems (Genelco, CaseTrack, Salesforce, DocGen/P&C).
• Knowledge of Healthcare/Dental/Life or Disability insurance terminology.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Load groups, benefits & eligibility data into applicable systems on time.
• Ensure group/member information is available by contract effective date.
• Draft account-specific documents for new and renewing major/national accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support claims and customer service processes.
