Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a candidate to guarantee timely and precise loading of groups, benefits and eligibility data into core systems, ensuring group/member data is available by contract dates to support claims and customer service processes.

The role also involves drafting account-specific documents for major/national accounts using masters as a base, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 2 years of dental/medical/life or disability experience or 6 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare/ dental/ life or disability insurance terminology.
• Experience with business requirements development for new systems and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Office 365.

Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Ensuring Groups, Benefits & Eligibility Information Is Loaded To Applicable Systems In A Timely And Accurate Manner, And For Ensuring That Group/Member Information Is Available By Contract Effective Date In Order To Support Claim And Customer Service Processes Drafting Account-Specific Documents For New And Renewing Major And/Or National Accounts Using The Masters As A Base.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree and 2 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience OR 6 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience.
• Business systems experience. Knowledge at an application level with various DN corporate systems applications (Genelco, CaseTrack, Salesforce, DocGen/P&C, etc.).
• Knowledge of Healthcare/Dental/Life or Disability insurance terminology.
• Knowledge of HCSC, Dearborn Group, business processes and customers.
• Organizational and Analytical skills.
• Experience with business requirements development for new systems and process, and changes to existing systems and processes.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience meeting deadlines. Experience working independently and in a team setting with the planning, design and execution of assigned projects.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, efficient and flexible.
• PC proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and other Office 365 products.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

• LOMA certification.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role

3 days in office; 2 days remote.

Base Pay Range

$38,100.00 - $80,000.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
