Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or total rewards within professional services.
• Experience overseeing end-to-end benefits programs for a mid-sized employee population (approximately 500-1,000 employees).
• Strong background in managing vendor and broker relationships, including renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of U.S. benefits programs, including strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization.
• Lead end-to-end open enrollment, including planning, communications, system coordination, and execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all benefits-related matters across the U.S. population.
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and external vendors to ensure performance and accountability.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, and HR to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Design and deliver employee communications and education to increase awareness and engagement.
• Support benefits-related processes including leave administration (e.g., FMLA).
• Develop and execute a forward-looking benefits roadmap aligned with organizational growth.
